The 127th Canton Fair will be held on online from June 15 to 24. This online Canton Fair will be a new structural design and process reengineering. It will present three interactive sections: Docking Platform, Cross-border E-commerce Area and Live Marketing Service, which will integrate butted joint, negotiation and transaction, and continue to play the advantages of trade show. Based on B2B and taking into account some B2C platforms, we will build a 10×24 online foreign trade platform to provide online presentation, butted joint of supply and purchase, online negotiation and other services for exhibitors and buyers, which Chinese and foreign merchants can place orders and do business at home.
1. The online display docking platform will be built, we will promote all 25000 exhibition enterprises participating in the Canton Fair to display online, and according to the familiar settings of the original physical exhibition, it will be divided into export exhibition and import exhibition, and corresponding exhibition areas will be set up respectively, the export exhibition will be divided into 16 categories of commodities according to the categories of electronic appliances, daily consumption, textile and clothing, and medical and health care, and 50 exhibition areas will be set up respectively, we will optimize the query system and improve the Multi-language search function, which buyers will be convenient to find exhibitors and exhibits.
2. The cross-border e-commerce area will be set up, we will hold an activity with the theme of “To Synchronize Canton Fair and To share Global Business Opportunities”. Through the establishment of exchange links, we will carry out online business activities at a unified time according to the unified name and image formulated by Canton Fair, mainly including two parts: first, we will set up a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce test area, publicize the work of each comprehensive test area, and promote a number of cross-border e-commerce brand enterprises. Second, we will select a number of cross-border e-commerce platforms to highlight the characteristics of “enterprise to enterprise” trade exhibition. It is mainly to cooperate with B2B platform and take part of B2C platform into account, and encourage platform organizations to participate in the fair with all kinds of enterprises meeting quality standards, so as to expand the number of beneficiary enterprises.
3. The live marketing services will be provided, we will establish an online live column and link, and set up a 10×24 hour online live room for each exhibitor. This live room is not limited by time and space. The exhibitor can not only have a separate face-to-face discussion with the buyers on the Internet, but also publicize and promote it to a large number of buyers through the live broadcasting on the Internet at the same time. Our platform will also provide functions such as on-demand video, video uploading, interactive communication and sharing to enrich the exhibition forms.
